I started Albius to do things differently. After years of navigating the maze of estates, facilities, and business support – often with a strong coffee in hand. I wanted to offer organisations independent, honest, and hands-on help that actually makes a difference.
I’ve led everything from complex estates strategies and multi-million-pound refurb projects to unpicking the chaos of service contracts and helping teams run like clockwork. I specialise in the “where do we even start?” kind of challenges – the big, tangled, mission-critical stuff that keeps you up at night (and secretly, I enjoy it).
My background – Senior roles in estates, facilities management, finance, HR, procurement, and operations. What I bring is a rare combination of strategic thinking and operational know-how, backed by deep experience in FM operations, procurement, contracts, commercial management and transformation. Whether it’s assessing risk, improving efficiency, or managing complex change – I’ve done it, and more importantly, delivered results.
My approach? Straightforward, no jargon, no overcomplication. Just honest, informed advice and hands-on support to help you deliver specific projects, tackle key challenges, and unlock real value.

I’ve been lucky enough to receive an MBE for my work in leadership and management, and I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Leadership and Management, plus a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. I’ve got the qualifications, sure – but more importantly, I know how to get things done.
