At Albius, I’m part strategist, part fixer, part cheerleader! As Business Services Manager, I wear many hats – just the way I like it. My role is all about keeping the business running smoothly while helping it evolve, grow, and deliver value in everything we do. From operations to strategy, I’m involved in all aspects of the business, making sure we’re not just working hard, but working smart.
I oversee and support a wide mix of functions: Stakeholder Engagement, Marketing, Finance, Client Delivery, and Projects. On any given day, you’ll find me building relationships, streamlining internal processes, working on growth plans, managing budgets, supporting project delivery, or helping shape how we show up in the market.
With a background spanning Commercial, Recruitment, Operational Strategy, Project Management, and People Development, I’m used to working in fast-paced, evolving environments. I understand the pressure of delivery and the importance of culture, consistency, and clear communication. I love seeing the impact of a good plan, a strong process, and great partnerships. It’s not just about ticking boxes – it’s about building something that works, lasts, and grows.
What I enjoy most is being part of a team that’s ambitious, grounded, strategic and a team that genuinely puts its heart and soul into everything it does. At Albius, I get to support both our internal operations and our client-facing work, helping shape a business that’s fit for the future and grounded in values that matter. I like to think I bring energy, structure, and a calm, can-do attitude to everything I do (along with a well-documented love for caramel lattes!).
